Orbweaver has appointed Joe Elich as Senior Vice President of Growth. Elich joins the company with extensive experience across enterprise software, spanning ERP, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and supply chain intelligence.
His background includes test automation solutions for legacy SAP R/3 and ECC environments, along with advanced AI solutions built within the Databricks, Snowflake, and hyperscaler ecosystems.
Throughout his career, Elich has built and scaled high-performing sales teams serving organizations from the mid-market through the Fortune 500. He most recently led North American sales at SiliconExpert, following his tenure as North American Head of Sales at SDG Group. His experience in fast-paced software environments has centered on developing high-growth revenue organizations that pair curiosity and problem-solving with proven sales process and structure.
Elich lives in Delaware with his wife, daughter, and their pug, Stevie Janowski.
