Healthcare at no cost for the entire family.

The current base company health care plan will be offered at no cost, inclusive of all nuclear family members. The current base health care plan is categorized “Silver” and is provided by United Healthcare. “Gold” and “Platinum” plans are available, the direct cost difference to the base company plan would then become the obligation of the employee. For the average employee, this benefit is valued in excess of $18,000 annually.

Every full-time employee gets 4 weeks paid time-off.

PTO is accrued at 1.66 days per month, equivalent to four weeks on an annual basis. PTO may be utilized for vacation, time-off and personal emergencies. A bereavement policy has also been incorporated in the Employee Manual and Policies should it become applicable.
